Who are Moduflex Custom Rigs?
MCR (Moduflex Custom Rigs) has been at the forefront of rig manufacturing and gym outfitting since 2016. Our team comprises of fitness professionals who not only coach and teach gym and CrossFit classes but also possess years of experience and expertise in gym design and manufacturing. We've had the privilege of working with many gym owners, including CrossFit gyms, boxing and MMA facilities and various other training facilities. Our manufacturing plant is located in Avonmouth, near Bristol, and we take pride in locally sourcing all our materials. Our factory runs predominantly on solar power, contributing to our mission of sustainability.

What are the stages of making a gym rig?
Let's delve into our Rig making process. If you're interested in getting an MCR rig and would like to gain a better understanding of the process, read on!
DESIGN - Our in-house designers will visit your gym or facility to assess the space they will be working with. They'll gather all necessary measurements and discuss your requirements for the rig. Our bespoke rig service allows for customisations such as bringing your gym or brand's logo into the design of the gym rig.
PRODUCTION - Once you approve the final design, we initiate production at our factory. The production process includes laser cutting, welding, powder coating and packaging the finished product for shipment.
INSTALLATION - After we schedule delivery, our team of skilled fitters will be available to install your rig and ensure everything fits perfectly.
