Customer Privacy Policy
Moduflex Custom Rigs are committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We will only use the information that we collect about you in order to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We only send promotional email to you with your prior consent and do not pass any of your information to third parties without first gaining your explicit consent.
What details do we store?
In order for us to process your order efficiently and notify you of any updates, we need to collect the following information:

We will not collect any other sensitive data about you without your explicit consent, although additional information you provide us with may be used to personalise your visit to our website. When you browse our store, we will automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that will tell us about your browser and operating system.
Moduflex Custom Rigs will not store any credit or debit card details.
How We Use Your Data
Marketing
We will not store your details for marketing purposes unless we ask you directly and you give us permission to do so or you opt in to our e-newsletter.
You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by hitting the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the email or by contacting mcr@moduflex.co.uk.
Amending or Deleting Your Data
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Directive 2018 requires us to be open about our holding and use of personal data. It also entitles individuals to find out from us what personal data is held about them on computer and to have that information corrected or erased if inaccurate.

Mailchimp

Facebook "Visitor Action Pixels"
We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”)) on our website.
This allows user behaviour to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad.
